mullvad: Updated US-CA
...
All 4 port/protocol types. Mullvad now uses an airport code for its
servers instead of a state. (It seems the state domains still resolve,
but the new scheme might alleviate congestion.

Mullvad has updated their ca certificate and the old file does not work for me.
